Bulk Transactions
We specialize in handling bulk transactions by providing a variety of property reports and title searches to validate and identify ownership. We handle multi-state transactions and provide a consolidated closing statement for the transaction.
Deed in Lieu
We provide Title Commitments with curative issues identified. Once approved, we can coordinate the notary signing, then complete the recording and issuance of the title policies.
Post-Foreclosure Sale Title
We are experienced with providing Post-Sale Title on Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Veterans Affairs (VA) transactions in addition to issuance of an owner’s Title Policy.
Title Insurance Policies
We can provide stand-alone title insurance policies on your transactions. Our Title Commitments include a grade sheet and title summary to identify any curative issues so you can clear quickly and convey on time. Upon confirmation of clear title and recording, we issue the Title Policy.
Foreclosures
We offer one owner, two owner and full default search products. These products identify all applicable information needed to notify all parties of the pending foreclosure action. Our searches include borrower vesting, liens, judgements, bankruptcy search, applicable tax information, and last beneficiary of record with full copies.
